I’m especially passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges related to anxiety, low self-worth, narcissistic abuse, infidelity, boundaries, and rebuilding trust in relationships. My approach is informed by training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, emotionally focused individual therapy, schema therapy, attachment theory, and EMDR (not accepting EMDR clients at this time).
